Regulation Miss Trans Italia Sudamerica 2019 Representation Abruzzo.
PREMISE
Regional competitions becomes in selection showcases for representing the own regional belonging in the Official competition of Miss Trans Italia Sudamerica.
ART. 1. NOTIFICATION FOR THE COMPETITION OF MISS TRANS ITALIA SUDAMERICA.
The edition of the regional competitions of MISS TRANS ITALIA and MISS TRANS ITALIA SUDAMERICA is notified, for the year2019, with the stablished conditions in the present regultaion published on the website www.misstransitalia.it.
ART.2 REGIONAL REPRESENTATION INSCRIPTCION.
Could be suscribed like a peageant of the own region through the present regional website, following the instructions in video section SUSCRIPTIONS
The suscribed for the competition Miss Regional Trans will access to the rights of the final National of MISS TMISS TRANS ITALIA – MISS TRANS ITALIA SUDAMERICA with the respective accomodation and breakfast.
ART.3 TITLLES IN STAGE
The suscription gives you the title of:
Miss Trans Italia; Miss Trans Italia Sudamerica.
Also it will be assigned a prize for the “BEST EVENING DRESS” valued by the jury thorugh electronic tables.
15 days before the official competition of Miss Trans Italia Sudamerica, will be published on our socials all selfie videos of the peageants and it will be selected and elected the Miss Trans Web 2019.
ART.4 ARTICULATION OF THE COMPETITION
The competition is articulated in regional suscriptions: The suscriptions are availables exclusively via web.
ART.5 REQUERIMENTS FOR THE ADMISSION IN THE COMPETITION
To be admitted in the competition, the peageants must neccesarily have the following requeriments:
a) To have reached the over aged of (18 years)
b) To have an Italian citizen or nationality, or have bornt in Italy although with foreigns parents, to be domicilated in Italya.
c) Never having any public declarations of discriminatory character or maybe that could destroy the own spirit of the competition.
d) Never having won the title of MISS TRANS ITALIA o MISS TRANS ITALIA SUDAMERICA.
e) Not to be linked to any kind of contracts, be in progress or in execution process, in the field of beauty competitions, like a model or similars.
f) To have in any case the total and unconditional availability for the own immage, the own name and the own voice, and then not to be linked at any contracts with agencies, publicitary contracts, or any kind, contemplated assignments, concessions or limitations of the rights about the own name, the own immage or about the own voice.
ART.6 VIDEO SELFIE KIT
After made the payment for the suscription, it will be provided of a “video selfie kit”, to choose between:
- Home delivery
- Direct Withdrawal in our office.
The Video Selfie Kit is composed by:
- Box to carry for the national competition of Miss Trans Italia Sudamerica
- Badge
- Costume
- T-shirt with the logo
- Regional band of representation
ART.7 VIDEO SELFIE
To conlude the suscritpion it’s neccesary to make a VIDEO SELFIE, using the VIDEO SELFIE KIT before mentioned. Who removes the kit in our office, could use totally free of charge the use of our photografic studio to create the video selfie.
Until finish the process of suscription, it will not be considered like valid.
ART.8 PENALTY CLAUSE ABOUT VIDEO SELFIE KIT
The Video Selfie kit is considerated like official material of the competition, otherwise, the lost, forgetfulness or the inquiry of one or more parts, foresee the payment of the penalty of Euro 50,00.
